BUILD HELPFUL HABITS
The Weight Watchers Momentum program helps you to develop
habits that will help you lose weight. If you've ever been to a Weight Watchers meeting, you've
probably noticed that successful members have some things in common. Over time
they've developed certain habits, special little tricks that keep them on track
and help them maintain their weight losses.
Of course, “success” comes in many forms: From
a new member who is making changes as to how she eats and is
starting to incorporate activity into her life, to a member
who's lost weight and is progressing toward his goal, to Lifetime
Members who have reached their goals and are maintaining their
losses. We provide eight habits that we most often see in successful
members of all kinds. We show you how to figure out which two
or three would be the best ones for you to work on, so you'll
know where to focus your efforts. We'll also give you the TOOLS
FOR LIVING, which you'll hear a lot about in the meeting room. |
