Beginning on Week One of the Weight Watchers
program, you'll be provided with all the tools needed to Eat
Smarter. Eating
Smarter with Weight Watchers means:
- CHOOSING FOODS—The POINTS® System
helps you evaluate the weight loss impact of foods. Use POINTS
values to make smart choices. They'll guide you to great foods.
The Filling Foods s-t-r-e-t-c-h your POINTS values, helping you
keep hunger at bay and the Good Health Guidelines help you
make sure you're meeting your body's needs. Plus, the weekly
POINTS Allowance helps prevent deprivation by allowing you
the freedom to indulge responsibly. On week one, you'll be
guided on how to select foods that will help you lose weight
and keep you satisfied.
- TRACKING—To limit the amount of food we eat, we have to
pay attention. Keeping a record (tracking) of what and
how much you eat will make you aware and adds accountability.
That accountability will work to help you lose weight. Studies
show that keeping track of food intake can boost weight-loss
success. Tracking is easy and effective and we'll show you
how on your very first week!
