ATTEND MEETINGS

At your weekly meeting, you´ll get the guidance that you need to succeed
and stay on track. In fact, studies have shown that participation in the Weight

community, and a trained Leader who´s lost weight in meetings too, and the

At your meeting, you´ll get important information from the week´s weight
loss topic and a confidential weigh-in each week to keep you on track. It´s
not like an office or PTA meeting: the Leader is someone who´s been through
the process of weight loss and succeeded. Meetings are an opportunity to get
expert advice, share helpful strategies—or just listen and find motivation.
