Our new MOMENTUM program allows you to eat what you
like!
We all know that sticking with a weight loss plan isn't
easy, that's why we designed the Momentum program which emphasises
the importance of staying satisfied with nutritious food choices, like whole-grains,
low-fat protein, and fruits and vegetables. It allows for the
occasional splurge without sacrificing weight loss.
There are absolutely no required foods. We do offer some "Weight Watchers" foods
that can help you along the way, but they're not required.
